Horse riding can be arranged for children and adults, whilst ice-skating is available between November and March. Trekking with expert guides is also available from the hotel.

Skiing is available at Narkand, 64kms from the Cecil. There is a beginners run, slalom slope and a sharper run for experienced skiers.
