Meetings

Vanyavilas has a multipurpose meeting room fully equipped with multimedia and 21st century audio-visual presentation facilities.
All equipments are available to guests free of charge. However there is no dedicated business centre, any extra equipment required will be hired from Jaipur and charged at cost. The room seats 35-50 people depending upon the seating arrangement.

Every luxury tent at Vanyavilas has a work desk with international direct dialling facility. There is also Internet facility in all luxury tents through Wi-Fi along with a dedicated internet desk at the lobby.

Arrival and Departure Policy
Check-In - 1300 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check-Out - 12 Noon
Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability
Guarantee Policy
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Travel Agency.
All major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation must be cancelled 30 days prior to the planned date of arrival. One night’s stay will be levied for cancellations received upto 8 days prior to arrival. Full stay will be levied for cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival. Guarantee and cancellation policy for reservations from 24th December 2007 to 3rd January 2008
For all reservations, a non-refundable deposit, equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation charges, is required within 7 days of making a reservation.
Payment of balance 50% for the entire accommodation charges is required at least 45 days prior to arrival.
This amount will also be non refundable.
If the advance payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.
Child Policy
A child under 12 years of age can stay in the parents room without being charged
An infant (up to 2 yrs) and a child below 12 Yrs can stay in the same room.
A cot and a child’s bed to be provided at no extra charge
For two children between 3 and 12 years of age, a separate room will be allocated at a 50% discount on the parents’ applicable room rate. Subject to availability.
For a child between 12 and 16 years of age, a separate room will be allocated at a 50% discount on the parents’ applicable room rate. Subject to availability.
For children between 12 and 16 years of age, a separate room will be allocated at the parents’ applicable room rate
